オーストラリアはシドニーを拠点に活動中のインディーバンド、Bridge Dogによるデビューアルバム『Auto Fictions』が世界初のCDとして国内リリースされることが発表された。

Bridge Dog / Counterweight

Grace Ha と Brian Park を中心に 2021 年に活動をスタートさせた Bridge Dog。これまでにRoyel Otis、Last Dinosaurs、Julia Jacklin といったアーティストと共演するなどオーストラリアでのライブ活動を中心に活躍していたが、待望のデビューアルバム『Auto Fictions』をリリース。

『Auto Fictions』では Alvvays やThe Pains of Being Pure At Heartといった2010年代のインディーポップのレジェンド達を彷彿させるようなキャッチーで誰もが虜になるであろう楽曲郡を収録。CD限定のボーナストラックにはThe Pastelsのカヴァーが収録されるとのことなので、チェックしてほしい。
